In the first volume of How To Beat World Champion Magnus Carlsen video course, FIDE-Master Dalton Perrine walks you through World Champion Magnus Carlsen’s classical time control losses from November 2013 to November 2014. This marks the time from when Magnus Carlsen first became world champion to when he successfully defended the title against GM Vishy Anand near the end of 2014.
While numerous chess coaches and grandmasters have analyzed Magnus Carlsen’s games over the years, FM Dalton Perrine has specifically crafted this course to teach intermediate and advanced (but not master-level) players what types of mistakes the world #1 has made and how those mistakes have been exploited by his opponents. Through this course, students will learn patterns, tactical concepts, and appreciate how such a dominant world champion can lose games by making the same mistakes as average players.
This course includes 4 hours and 15 minutes of ultra premium video instruction catered towards students in the 1400-1900 Elo range who want to learn from Carlsen’s mistakes and understand how he’s been beaten by other world class players.
